Do 2 minute intvls with 10 sec rest (total work approx. 20 min) –
• Jump rope in between exercises.
•Kettlebell (Tabata intvls of one arm swings, high pulls, clean&press)
• Pull-ups, push-ups, push-ups on ball, balance disk body squats, balance disk shoulder press (with Justice 26lb and Caleb 35 lb), ball tri presses and pull overs with Justice and Caleb
