20 minute Warrior Workout

Do 2 minute intvls with 10 sec rest (total work approx. 20 min) –

• Jump rope in between exercises.

•Kettlebell (Tabata intvls of one arm swings, high pulls, clean&press)

• Pull-ups, push-ups, push-ups on ball, balance disk body squats, balance disk shoulder press (with Justice 26lb and Caleb 35 lb), ball tri presses and pull overs with Justice and Caleb

Focus on Change rather than Results for Health

Vision/Inspiration –  Focus on being healthy and fit for life, not on building specific body parts.  Focus on the lifestyle of change rather than the results, which comes from enjoying the moments of activity (whatever you choose to do)… sometimes efforts and challenges you will have to push through (enjoy them too), … choosing to do health for life… then you will experience results.
